Hey guys! So I’m finally in Australia!! The flight was 14 hours, but the plane was AMAZING. It was a double decker with personal screens that included movies, tv shows, radio, shopping, internet, flight path, and video from a camera sitting on the tail of the plane, in every seat (I’ll take a picture on my way back and post it).

After we finally landed, we went to our hotel located in
downtown Melbourne. The weather was pretty
crappy, 50 degrees and a light drizzle, but nothing at all like our Iowa
winters. The only thing I wanted to do
was sleep, but with the 15 hour time difference we were supposed to stay up as
long as we could, so we did a little shopping and had lunch downtown before
crashing for the night.
